The vision behind the Global Dominion 100 is to create an annual leadership index that recognizes women who are not only successful in their fields, but whose work is actively shaping influence, institutions, and opportunities for future generations.

Through this publication, we aim to highlight the stories, leadership journeys, and contributions of women whose work is impacting industries, communities, and culture.

This initiative also reflects the importance of recognizing leadership across diverse spheres including entrepreneurship, media, ministry, education, leadership development, community transformation, and global influence.

EDITORIAL SELECTION PROCESS

To preserve the integrity and prestige of this recognition, nominations are reviewed by our editorial team prior to final selection.

Selections are intentionally limited and distributed across cities, states, and international regions to ensure a diverse representation of leadership across industries and geographic areas.

Meet Founding Publisher Dwann Holmes

Dwann Holmes is a pioneering apostolic leader, prophetic strategist, and founder of the Global Institute of Church and Marketplace Prophets (GICMP). With a dynamic background in television journalism that began in 1989, she has dedicated over two decades to equipping prophetic voices and marketplace leaders to operate with precision, power, and purpose.

A passionate communicator, Emmy-nominated producer and visionary, Holmes is the author of more than 20 books, including her best-selling title, The Global Call to Marketplace Ministry: A Practical Guide to Ministry Outside the Church. Her consistent dedication to spreading spiritual insight and empowering Kingdom leaders has earned her national honors, including the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for her service in faith-based and community leadership and also holds an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Entrepreneurship.

A true serial entrepreneur, Dwann Holmes continues to break new ground beyond the pulpit. In 2025, she expanded the GICMP vision by officially launching into the financial sector as a licensed insurance and annuities broker and financial strategist, helping believers steward their resources wisely while building generational wealth.

Whether training prophetic voices, developing marketplace ministers, or equipping clients financially, Holmes leads with a resolute passion to see God’s people thrive in every sphere of influence.
